Our Event Speakers
Matt Tanner is an accomplished pilot with over 10,000 hours of flight experience spanning 27 years. A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Aviation Management, Matt has served as an instructor at the U.S. Air Force Academy’s Initial Flight Training program and as Chief Tow Pilot for the 94th Flight Training Squadron’s Soaring program over the last 22 years. Additionally, his aerobatic flying expertise includes recognition as the International Aerobatic Club’s Best New Competitor in 2009 and numerous first-place finishes as an Advanced Level Competitor and Aerobatic Judge. Matt holds a Statement of Aerobatic Competency for both solo and formation airshows and uniquely stands as the only civilian airshow pilot to have ever performed an airshow performance over the U.S. Air Force Academy. Beyond aviation, Matt and his wife Amber with their dear friends founded Forest Bend Farm, a Christ-centered Christmas event venue in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He also serves as a Deacon at Emmaus Road Reformed Baptist Church, building God’s Kingdom alongside their three children, Jonathan, Luke, and Julia.
Dr. Robb is a co-founder of the Underground Ministry, a workshop, counseling & support group ministry dedicated to the healing of men and spouses from the effects of sexual addiction. Robb is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel through the Elim Fellowship of Lima, NY. He has achieved a B.A. in Christian Counseling from Southwest Bible College & Seminary, an M.A. in Human Services Counseling from Regent University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Psychology from Cornerstone University. Robb has received Board Certification in Temperament Therapy and is recognized as a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor by the National Christian Counseling Association. He is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors as well as a Board Certified Sexual Addiction Counselor through the Board of Christian Professional and Pastoral Counselors. Robb’s approach to counseling centers on the grace of God and the ministry of His Word through the power of the Holy Spirit. As a Pastoral counselor in a clinical setting, Robb utilizes contributions from both a biblical perspective as well as a cognitive behavioral and Family Systems approach to therapy. Robb’s passion and expertise are in marriage therapy and sexual addiction recovery. His deepest desire is to see the miraculous restoration ministry of Jesus Christ made real in the lives of hurting and emotionally wounded people. This passion is shared with his wife Beth, who leads a thriving spouses’ recovery group. Together, Robb and Beth rejoice in more than 20 years of sobriety and recovery from the effects of sexual sin. Their ministry as a couple includes church testimonies and team teaching on the prevention and recovery from sexual sin at seminars and retreats.
Jimmy Graham is a veteran U.S. Navy SEAL and former CIA Protective Officer with extensive experience in high-risk environments, tactical training, and community safety. A nationally recognized expert in emergency readiness, he specializes in preparing individuals and organizations to respond effectively to active shooter situations, terrorist threats, and violent encounters.
Jimmy served over 15 years in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, achieving the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E7). Throughout his distinguished military career, he earned certifications as a Sniper, Joint Tactical Air Controller, Range Safety Officer for Live Fire and Dynamic Movement, and Master Training Specialist. Following his service in the Navy, he spent seven years as an Operator and Lead Instructor for an elite federal government protective detail, operating in some of the world’s most critical environments, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, and Libya. His expertise led to additional certifications as a Federal Firearms Instructor, Simunition Scenario Qualified Instructor, and Certified Skills Facilitator.
