FRANK SHORT is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He has served in the ministry full-time since 1999. Frank is a church planter, disciple-maker, pastor, as well as retreat speaker. He has been married to his wife, Lauralee, for 36 years. They have two married children and six perfect grandchildren.

Darin Parry has served on the pastoral staff of New Holland Church of the Nazarene since June 2009 and has been involved in pastoral ministry since 1997. An ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene, he was ordained by the New England District in 2007 while serving as lead pastor of Melrose Church of the Nazarene, a position he held from 2003 to 2009. Darin earned his Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary in 2003 and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

In 2024, Darin and his wife, Marcia, celebrated 25 years of marriage. They are the proud parents of three daughters: Ashley, Kayla, and Mia. Ashley, their oldest, graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in chemistry and now teaches high school chemistry. Kayla and Mia also attend Olivet, where they compete on the women’s swim team. Kayla is a two-time NAIA national champion in the 200-yard butterfly.

Throughout his ministry at New Holland Church of the Nazarene, Darin has primarily served youth, young adults, and their families while also directing the church’s Upward Youth Basketball league. More recently, he transitioned into the role of Next Generation Pastor, expanding his leadership to include children, youth, young adults, and their families. Darin has also held several leadership roles within Philadelphia District NYI, including serving seven years as teen camp director and coordinating the district’s participation in Nazarene Youth Conferences in Phoenix and Tampa.  

His life verse is Philippians 3:14, “I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."

Pete Dunys joined New Holland Church of the Nazarene in March 2024. He is married to his wife, Emily, and together they have two boys, Charles and Finley.

Originally from France, Pete spent much of his life moving around and experiencing different cultures and expressions of the Church. He has an extensive background in worship ministry, having led worship across three continents and served within multiple denominations.
Pete is passionate about helping people discover and step into their God-given gifts through serving and ministry. At the heart of his ministry is a desire to see people not simply become disciples of Jesus, but disciple-makers who help others do the same.

One question that continues to shape his approach to discipleship is:

"We are all disciples and disciple-makers. Are we disciples that we would want to recreate?”

SARAH MILLER  joined the church office in February of 2017. She grew up attending NHCN. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Dustin a has 2 beautiful daughters Maci and Hazel. Sarah's greatest blessings in her life are her family, friends and serving God!

Tammy Lieb has been a valued part of the KinderHaus family since 2001. Throughout her years at KinderHaus, she has served in many roles, including Infant Teacher, Pre-K Teacher, Assistant Director, and now Director.

Tammy holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Her many years of experience and dedication to early childhood education have allowed her to serve KinderHaus children, families, and staff in a variety of ways.

Tammy lives in Morgantown with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Tristan and Joanna.
